I chose this short film because it brings emotional and visual variety to the Gallery, showcasing the expressive side of AI animation. Its Eastern art–inspired style, graceful movement, and melancholic tone convey a strong story arc of love and loss, proving that AI can evoke deeply human emotion through beauty and restraint.

I chose this film for its great visual consistency and creative use of AI to tell a cohesive, character-driven story. Its humor, dynamic pacing, and longer runtime showcase impressive storytelling range, while the distinctive character and costume design, combined with incredible lip sync, make it a standout example of cinematic craft in AI filmmaking.

Generate five AI images in a consistent visual style using the tool of your choice. The goal is to demonstrate strong visual taste, cohesive art direction, and effective promptwriting that results in striking, shareable imagery aligned with Curious Refuge’s cinematic and educational aesthetic.
I was drawn to prompting this series of imagery in Midjourney for its balance of emotion and digital energy, using cinematic color and subtle glitches to explore the tension between people and technology. The motion, contrast, and surreal tones create a cohesive, dreamlike mood.

Create a short, engaging tutorial or tips video that teaches a clear takeaway about AI filmmaking, creativity, or tools. The goal is to demonstrate your ability to educate and inspire through concise storytelling, clean editing, and a tone that feels authentic to modern social platforms and the Curious Refuge audience.

This tutorial shows how to fix them in Midjourney Edit before animation, reminding us that solid keyframes are what make AI films truly cinematic. The final video was edited in Adobe Premiere Pro and Canva.
