At Airbnb, I somehow became the unofficial Chief Card Officer. For birthdays, baby showers, and every little milestone, I’d lovingly stalk the honoree’s Instagram, curate the best photos, and craft giant handmade collages—armed with Joann’s finest craft paper, high-quality stickers, and a lot of heart. I always left space for the team to write their messages, turning each board into a mini tribute. I got so good at it that one year, my team nearly tried to con me into making my own card for my Airversary (nice try, guys.)
